Infants – 6 yrs / TUESDAYS / $5 per year
Fluvanna Mother's Group is an organization that offers an open playgroup for children up to age 6 and their caregivers - moms, dads, grandparents and nannies. It provides an indoor play area for the children and an opportunity for caregivers to socialize. The group meets at the Carysbrook gym each Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. through May 12th, 2009. A variety of toys, including tumbling mats, tricycles, train sets, and blocks are available. Special events occur throughout the season, including an Easter egg hunt and an end-of-the-year cookout. Spend your afternoons with FCPR in our NEW after-school intramural program. Using the games approach, you will develop
your skills in basketball, flag football, kickball, lacrosse, touch rugby, wiffle ball, soccer, golf, tennis and Frisbee games and much more in this co-rec activity. Each month we will play a new sport. The focus is on learning sport skills, having fun, staying fit, building character and boosting self-esteem. See specific descriptions for each month’s offerings.
